Give the application to Randy at your first meeting or, if you would like to find out if you qualify for the 0% financing offer before your initial meeting, email the form to Randy at Randy@EntropicAccents.com, fax to (352) 377-2375 or mail to 5425 NW 69 Drive, Gainesville, FL 32653. We will let you know immediately that we have received your application.
3. Randy will phone in your application and a credit decision will be made immediately and communicated back to you.
4. If approved and after project completion, sign and date the sales invoice summarizing your project and credit terms and begin enjoying your new lightscape!
